DeJuan is a business and organizational strategy expert. DeJuan serves as an Employee Benefits Consultant for USI assisting Fortune 500 companies in benefit solutions.

He has worked in the human capital management space with Paycor and served as a Senior Sales Executive in the ancillary Insurance market with Eyemed Vision Care for 9 years. His first position out of college was as a safety in the NFL with The New York Giants.

DeJuan attended the University of Cincinnati where he graduated with a degree in Economics. He is currently attending The Wharton School to complete his CEBS certification.

DeJuan is also on the board of directors of Corryville Catholic Elementary School where the mission is to provide a structured Christian education stressing both spiritual and academic values often lacking in urban neighborhoods. DeJuan has recently joined the board of directors for the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation which provides over 900 college scholarships per year to need-based recipients in Greater Cincinnati.

Dejuan is responsible for the short-term and long-term strategic planning and growth of the Dr. Baker & Associates family of companies.
